Experience policies
Cancellation Policies:
- When reservations are made through our website, cancellation policies vary depending on the experience and can be found on each experience's page. If the reservation was made through another means, please review the policies, as they may differ from those on our website.
- To change the date, you must request it before the cancellation date and send us a message through our website in the "Contact Us" section.
- No refund will be issued if the customer does not show up.
- The tolerance margin stipulated for reservation delays is 15 minutes.
- The company reserves the right to cancel if no deposit is received or contact with the client is lost prior to arrival.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or request removal if illegal activity is detected and/or if it jeopardizes the safety of staff or other customers.
- Experience reservations may be affected by weather conditions or disruption to facilities that interrupt their operation due to force majeure. Reservations may therefore be rescheduled for another date. The maximum time limit for rescheduling is six months.
Customers:
- Entry is not permitted to those who have not paid their entry fee within a group.
- Entry is not guaranteed to anyone who has not paid in advance.
- No food or drinks are allowed.
- Aires de Lavanda and Rondo del Valle reserve the right of admission.
- No violence of any kind is permitted within the facilities.
About the facilities:
- The installation of any type of furniture, equipment, or food service is prohibited without prior authorization from the property or proper rental of the space.
- Visits for the purpose of holding parties and/or gatherings are not permitted without prior authorization from the property or proper rental of the space.
- Prior authorization must be requested for any use of the facilities, such as photo shoots , events, etc.
- If the customer damages any item, it must be covered.
