We are located in Valle de Guadalupe, next to Rondo del Valley on the Grupo Rondo property.

The high season is from March to August, when the lavender fields are at their peak. The low season offers a quieter atmosphere.
At Aires de Lavanda we grow different varietals (types) of lavender, and each one blooms at different times of the year.
Therefore, the appearance of the field is constantly changing : some sections may be in full bloom, while others are freshly pruned or dormant.
After each flowering, we perform natural pruning , which helps keep the plants healthy and encourage new flowers. During this process, we harvest the flowers to distill essential oil , the heart of our natural products.

Sometimes it is full of purple tones, other times greener or drier depending on the climate, pruning or the varietal in question.

Aires de Lavanda is a lavender field located in Valle de Guadalupe, offering tours and experiences to enjoy its gardens and landscapes. We started as a garden for our Rondo del Valle winery with 1,000 lavender plants. Over time, we have reproduced the plants, creating a field of approximately 5,000 plants.
We have an experienced team, produce our own lavender products, and offer unique experiences. The flowers harvested from the field are distilled to extract essential oil and create natural cosmetics. We also use them to make bunches and sachets.
